Night Ride((OPEN))

[Wolverine]

Wolverine nodded and finished his beer, grabbing another one, his healing factor didn't allow him to get drunk, no matter how hard he tried sometimes. "Wolves are great companions." said Wolverine from experience, "What you two meet in a bar somwhere," said Wolverine sarchastically, "How'd he come to be your companion?"

[Nightshade]

She stretched slightly before answering "Well, back home, he helped me when I was in a bit of trouble. Some on the village's idiots decided they'd try and beat me up.....but they were stopped by him and another...."

[Wolverine]

Wolverine nodded, "Interesting, so what exactly did you do for these idiots to try and beat you up." said Wolverine grabbing his fourth beer, and still no buzz.

[Nightshade]

"Absolutely nothing.....they just didn't like the idea they couldn't have me for themselves..." she growled. "They were just acting like children, that's all...It's also because I'm different from them, I don't look like them. My hair is white and my eyes lavender, while their's where all dark."

[Wolverine]

"Something tells me that's not all that's different." said Wolverine gruffly but quietly and looked at her with understanding eyes.

[Nightshade]

Nightshade gave a soft sigh "I'm here because I'm different. It's because I control the shadows, form them into animals that I desired. That's why the wolf is my companion, he's nothing but a shadow that I can make real." She sat up to look at him with bright lavender eyes "Why such the interest in me?"

[Wolverine]

He sipped his beer, "Merely taking attention away from myself darlin'." he said calmly, "That and I knew something was different about you, takes someone special to walk around with a wolf."

[Nightshade]

"He's not the only one that walks with me....but he is the more protective one...." she said then smiled "But it just drew back my attention, what about you? What makes you different and seemingly calm around me?"

[Wolverine]

"I'd figured you'd notice by now that I had almost 7 beers and other than having to go to the bathroom I'm perfectly fine and aware I have a healing factor, I'm a mutant too, y body heals real fast darlin'." he said, "Some other things too, but I never share too much, and never all at once."

[Nightshade]

Nightshade whistled "Wow....that's got to be handy....as for you not sharing all at one setting, that's fine. I'm a patient person...espeacily if the company in good...."

[Wolverine]

"Handy?" he said, "You have no idea." he smirked, "It's got its downside though." he said shaking his beer can only to see that it was empty

[Nightshade]

Nightshade laughed "I can see where that would be a bother for ya..." She then nudged her half empty one "You can have the rest of this one if you want....it was starting to make me a little light headed anyway..."

[Wolverine]

"Thanks." he said and drank what was left of the beer then sat on his bike and turned it on, "You need a ride anywhere darlin'?" he asked as he was about to leave.

[Nightshade]

Nightshade tapped her fingers on the car "Mmm....I was just walking really....I don't really have anywhere to go...."

[Wolverine]

"Ya sure?" he asked, "Cause I'm not heading anywhere particular either so I can drop you off anywhere."
