Serching for an Ally (gambit)

[Lupine]

After the incident at the park with the BH, Lupine awoke in his bed about six hours later. He went outside and thought about the mysterious man that could make things explode that helped when the Blob threw him at the tree.

He turned full wolf and ran back to the exact spot where the explosion man walked off. He followed the scent into the woods, past a river, and it lead him to a large dome. The scent went inside, but he was afraid of what he might find. "What is this place?" he thought to himself as he stared at it in amzement.

[Gambit]

Remy headed for the Acolytes Dome. He had just finished talking to Rogue's adopted brother Nightcrawler, who was suprisingly friendly to him, considering that he was an X-Man (ooc: Kurt, if you read this, this thread just takes place after ours. It doesn't mean our thread is over yet). As Remy approached the Dome, he caught sight of Lupine, the mutant who could shapeshift into a wolf. Last night he referred to him as "wolfman." Remy called out to Lupine. "Bonjour."

[Lupine]

Lupine turned around in surprise bearing his fangs and his eyes bruning bright yellow, after seeing it was the explosion name, he calmed down and turned human. "Oh, hey. Your the guy from last night. I came out here to thank you for helping, my names Lupine. What is yours?" he said looking at the cajun man.

[Gambit]

"'Da name's Remy. But ya'll can call me Gambit. I work fo' Magneto, but ya'll saved me last night so I ain't causin' ya no trouble." He smirked.

[Lupine]

"OooKay." he said barly understanding anything because of his accent. "Um...Whose Magneto?" he said curiously. "Is he a student at the Xavier Institute also?" he asked curiously

[Gambit]

"Why, Magneto is 'da Professa's archenemy. Ya'll must a new member of 'da X-Men, er somethin'. When'd ya'll join 'da Institute."

[Lupine]

Still very confused and barley understanding Gambit, he did his best to answer him. "Um..I came to the Institute, about a week ago." he said looking up at the sky. "But, if you work for Magneto, and Magneto is my mentor's enemy, than that means, Magneto is my enemy and so are you!" he said turning full wolf and lunging at Gambit with his mouth open ready to bite.

[Gambit]

Gambit caught the raging wolf in midair. "Now, now. Remy said he wasn't goanna hurt ya. Stop."

[Lupine]

"Never!" he said snapping at him ever chance he got. "Even if you did help me, I have to take you down so you don't get the chance to hurt me or my friends ever!" he said still enraged.

[Gambit]

Remy kicked the dog off his chest. "Fine, wolfman. If ya'll wanna fight, then ya'll got one." He pulled some cards out of his pocket, charged them, and hurled them at Lupine.

[Lupine]

Lupine got back up and dodge most of the cards but got hit in the leg with one. "Dammit! I almost forgot about that explosion stuff. Guess I'll have to be more careful!" he said ranning up to Gambit and biting the arm that held his cards.

[Gambit]

Gambit's arm began to bleed. As Lupine was gnawing on his arm, he pressed his hand against the dirt underneath Lupine and charged it up with kinetic energy. He detonated it.

[Lupine]

"AGGH!" he yelped as the dirt exploded. The blast was strong enough to throw Lupine against a tree. He hit his head aginst it and passed out.

[Gambit]

Remy paused for a moment and looked at the unconscious Lupine. Should he help the person who helped save him from Mystique, or should he take bring him in as a hostage, like Magneto would expect. Remy approached the wolf, still unsure of what to do. He picked the wolf up, deciding to bring him in as a hostage.

[Lupine]

OOC: that is messed up!

Lupine awoke several minutes later, in a cage. "Huh? Whats going on? Let me out, LET ME OUT!!!" he said as his claustophobia set him causing him to panic uncontrollable.
